My current quad movements are
Hack Squat 6-8/8-12/12-15. I typically use a mid foot placement, elevated heels on gym shoes and bottom out the machine
It generally feels like I am destroying my quads during the movement, but soon after not so much

Leg extensions 8-10/10-12.
Single leg Leg Press 6-8/8-12
I generally feel like I can hit quads the very next day. I see some growth but not at the rate I am seeing in hamstring and upper body and I feel like I have 0 VMO.
Do you have any suggestions? Should I start increasing reps? Focus on negatives? Change exercises?
Any feedback is helpful.
