2 things that make a lots of difference. Keep your feet as low as you can when doing hacks or leg presses without compromising stability. And on leg extensions go all the way down, dont cheat at all and when you start to fail try doing some partials at the bottom. Leg extensions are usually hardest at the top so you should still have little bit strength left for the lenghtened position. Thats just my 2 cents. Other than that, as long as you keep progressing in weight you will be fine either way. You could possibly increase a volume a bit too.
