So I started doing the Pec spec program. Sadly, the only inc. Press I can do pain free is low inc. Db press. As such, I have 2 questions regarding the program:
– on both chest/push day I use low inc db press as a first exercise (on push day I put a 25 pound plate under the bench, on pec day, as a slight change a 45). Is this accetable or would you change it to some other exercise?
– I cannot do the inc. Machine press on pec day, (I used dips for the past 3 weeks… ) What would you suggest as a suitable alternative to the exercise?
