I’m on week 5 of the Terrence 2021 split and for the past 3 weeks and I have not progressed on these two lifts. The rest of the exercises in this program, I find myself increasing reps and weight on them each week. Are there any uncommon reasons why this could be? Im eating at a surplus. I feel like I’m doing everything outside of the gym mostly right as I’m still progressing in lifts, but just not these pressing movements.
