I accidentally posted this same question in the supplements category. But I’m on week 5 of the Terrence 2021 split and these two pressing movements have been at the same weight for the past 3 weeks while other exercises for the rest of the program have been progressing. With other exercises, I find myself getting more reps and upping weights weekly. Surely this is a sign that says I’m doing things outside of the gym correctly? Such as I’m recovering, I’m eating at a surplus, etc.
What are some uncommon things that could cause this problem for me?
