When doing heavy dumbell press i find it really difficult to get the right setup (get shoulderblades in, arch etc.). Because of this it feels like front delts and triceps are doing most of the work. Any ques or tips to fix this?
Thanks for the answer! I am used to pinch back my shoulder blades after lying down on the bench. This gets very difficult when being pushed down by 55 kg dumbells. From the video it seems like you already have shoulder gridle in place when lying down. Will try getting used to this tecnique and see if it helps 👍
