    I’m in LE and unfortunately I am apart of a very small PD where we get ordered in VERY often. My overall goal is fat loss. There are weeks where I train 6 days a week and others where I can only train 3. I am 25 yo, 5’7, ~170lbs. I have been wearing a Garmin watch that has averaged my “resting calories” to approx. 2131c a day. What I have been trying to do is meal prep for the week and on days that I get ordered in I grab the prep that is somewhere around 1700-1800 calories, trying to stay in a ~300c deficit.

    On days I can train I eat approx. 2000c with approx. 500 calories burned from lifting and cardio…

    My “cut” started in Jan 1st at 180.4lbs and as of April 13th I’m at 170.9

    Do you think I should keep this routine going or should I attempt to calculate my calories burned more accurately?
