What approach have people taken where/if they have bought it a strength program along with the hypertrophy work from the app.
For sake of example, something like bringing in the main sets of 5/3/1 into one of the half body programs.
I imagine youd just do your strength sets then carry on as per normal with the hypertrophy work?
I would periodize it, doping strength training in one block, and hypertrophy in another, so you keep focus on what you want to do.
