Hey Coach, looking like another 4weeks until gym back open. Just built a tyre sled and was hoping to use it for full body workout on off days. have been doing ppl but thinking about changing to full body 3 times a week and doing sled twice? Any thoughts on this would be appreciated. Hoping to bring up posterior chain strength which is lacking and also get back to the gym at a good body fat percentage in order to start putting a bit of lean tissue on. Thanks in advance for your thoughts?

Nice one Joe! A tip for anyone wanting to load up a home sled cheaply is sandbags and concrete blocks which can be bought from home DIY stores, I bought sand and bags, two blocks for less than £10 ($15ish) and the weight is about 80kg(170lbish) which is probably more than I can drag at the moment!
