I’m used to a bit more volume than this program. However I used to do way too much volume that actually ended up being junk volume. I’m trying to find the balance between enough volume to optimize MPS but not too much to where it’s junk and not too little to where I don’t grow as much. (I also enjoy a bit more volume) but I don’t want to go off the course of the program. If I’m going to add in more volume how much is okay without adding too much to go over the weekly average: approx 10-20 working sets/muscle group per week
