    Hey Joe,

    What’s your thought process when deciding whether or not you’re ready to increase the weight of your top set once you’re no longer getting those ‘easier’ week to week progressions.

    I’ve been stuck at exactly 5 reps on the top set of my dumbbell presses for the past 3 weeks (recovery is great and all other lifts progressing well) and I’m wondering if I jumped up to those 105’s a little too early.. lol
    Would you advise dropping to 3-5 reps for multiple sets?
