After doing a consult with someone, for your first workout is it best to focus on just a couple movements and really dive into form or would you still try and get in as much volume as possible? I want people to feel like they got a good workout but I also want them to do it perfect. I know in your video joe you talk about minimizing soreness as much as possible, maybe getting their heart rate up a bit towards the end, and focusing on form. I’m just worried people value feeling beat over really focusing on doing movements correctly. Thank you so much!!
