    Hi Joe and Bryce!

    Hope you are doing well. Also coach Bryce congratulations on your new program. I wanted to ask you both about smth. When doing any type of rowing/ pulldown movement I have seen two different approaches but I won’t mention the names just to stay professional. One side says to not initiate the movement with retraction but rather to retract while pulling while the other side says to initiate with the working muscle which would mean initiating with the scapula first. Now obv I am not saying to be like a 2 step movement when you retract first and then pull with your arms but for someone who is new that might be a good way to teach them how to move their scapula. In other words it might be like a tutorial before merging the entire movement of the arms and the scapula together? Soo whats the best approach?
