Injury

    Hello, over the weekend I suffered a minor injury in my shoulder that is inhibiting me to do push motions like on a bench press or flat push-ups. I took a few days off but I’m itching to go back to the gym. I was wondering if it’s safe to go back to the gym and do the rest of my program while really watching how my shoulders doing on push days and possibly skipping my push altogether. Thanks!
