    Hi guys

    This morning I picked up a back strain doing some heavy rows, right now not sure how bad it is, still pumped from gym and so true damage and pain likely will be known tomorrow.

    Any tips on what I should do, aside from panicking?

    I assume diet stays the same, take a few days off lifting to assess but keep mobile (within a pain tolerance) then slowly return to gym and work around injury as best I can until shoe day?
