Hi,
I have been following the cannonball program , and i am 8 weeks through . Last few weeks i have been having a niggle on my right elbow . Its not too bad but getting lil bad. Mostly feel it during elbow extension .
I am thinking should i take a couple of weeks off to let it heal .
Question is if i take the 2 weeks off , should i begin the program from where i left off or go back to previous phase . As quite likely there is gonna be a slight dip in strength.
