Coach,
Just finished the push pull lower program and I’ve never felt meatier…but….in a tragic (and unaffiliated to lifting) injury….just tore my bicep…..I am panicking though trying to embrace the reality of the gains I am about to lose…..beyond the standard and rigorous approach I plan to take to PT…..is there anything else you can suggest??? Should I just focus on legs and cardio and go for the cut for the next few months? Even words of encouragement would help right now, if nothing else…
