    Hey Joe,

    I’m currently trying to lose weight, I’m male 5”10 200lbs and I eat 2,000 calories a day I’m trying to work my way down to 185 however my body weight is continuously fluctuating between 200lbs and 203lbs over the last several weeks. I lift and do cardio 5 times a week. Just wondering if you think it’s possible I’m not eating enough calories and my metabolism has slowed because of this? Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated thank you.
