    So I know that for Terrences program many of the exercises ended up with a double dropset. However, with many of them being isolation, by the highest rep range I end up being at the lightest weight and/or within one drop of being an absolute joke, so even one drop seems useless. In this case would it work to use rest pause instead? I’m still providing extra stimulus after failure through it?
