I am looking more and more into doing more intensity rather than volume (more frequency and fewer exercises/sets). A question regarding that, how would you approach training the muscles in different angles?

Aside from potentially biasing fibers with significantly different angles within fan shape muscle, “hitting muscles from all angles” really isn’t a thing to be concerned with. Even training pecs, for example if you can incline DB press properly with 200lb DBs for 10 reps. You don’t really “need” movements to bias every portion of fan shaped muscle – really two at most. Every part of tour pecs will be extremely large. – The main training goal should be training muscles through their full contractile range – specifically, maximally loading the mid/lengthened ranges. And even shorter answer – follow any of my workouts. You won’t be missing anything. (I’ll probably answer this in a video as well)
