I’m a beginner and my program requires me to eat 2500 calories daily.
I’m not a big eater, mainly bc o have low stomach acid so I bloat easily. I eat about 2x maybe 3x a day.
Any ideas on how I should structure “meals”? Maybe I can do protein shakes to help.
Any help I’m grateful for!
