Just joined and excited to try something a bit new. I’m going to run the delt focused program and am really looking forward to it. I do have a question though – I’m a natural and have really been inundated with the “volume” stuff that is popular in many circles. I watched Joe’s circular rep video and it made a ton of sense. But will I really be safe with only 6 sets of chest in the first week of the program? LOL that “low” of volume scares me!! Basically, I just want some encouragement that I’m not going to lose all my gainz…
