    Hi Joe,

    Wanted to get your thoughts on intermittent fasting.I’m planning on finishing up the Armageddon program but I need to incorporate IF due to religious reasons. Plan to workout after my first meal breaking the fast. Do you recommend at all doing heavy lifting relative to strength/energy a person has at a fasted state? Goal is to try maintaining my body composition as much as I can without losing too much in a months timeframe of doing IF. Are you a believer of the science behind IF for health or fat loss benefits or is it more of a fad from your point of view?

    Thanks Joe! Appreciate the open and personal feedback. Makes more sense reducing metabolic work and just focusing on the “meat and potatoes”. Glad to hear lifting heavy should still be the goal relative to ones energy levels.
