Wanted to get your thoughts on intermittent fasting.I’m planning on finishing up the Armageddon program but I need to incorporate IF due to religious reasons. Plan to workout after my first meal breaking the fast. Do you recommend at all doing heavy lifting relative to strength/energy a person has at a fasted state? Goal is to try maintaining my body composition as much as I can without losing too much in a months timeframe of doing IF. Are you a believer of the science behind IF for health or fat loss benefits or is it more of a fad from your point of view?
