Working at a desk all day has caused my shoulders to internally rotate which causes issues with lifting. I have to concentrate on screwing my shoulder outwards to stabilise the joint. Are there any exercises which can fix this imbalance?

Practice just that. Changed in posture are as much as choice as they are an issue. If your spending time at a desk slouched over, spend time doing the opposite.

Bryce: thanks for the quick reply. I really didn’t expect it to be that simple, but simple is good. I will work on it. ????

And I’d spend time just working on all your available upper body end-range work. So look at the “Broga” video. It is an unbelievable powerful tool to take your body/joints through its full available range every day. Will make a massive difference to what ROM you have available, and your ability to go there
