ParticipantHi Joe,
I recently joined the site and got a workout plan made and used the diet planner as well. I noticed it mentioned to take carbs and protein intra workout.
I got EAA’s in powered form which I mix with my carb but that’s minimal actual protein calories/macros, the diet says to have 50g. Should I be taking a more standardized protein as well for intro workout?
I’ve read conflicting views on it and wanted to get your take!
Thanks,

ParticipantHey Joe,
Thank you for the insight and this is very helpful. I noticed that my EAA’s actually only contain 8g of EAA per scoop (15g scoop) which is the recommended serving so I am going to double that up. And apologies the site says 30g of protein as you mentioned that was a typo.
Appreciate your response and going to continue on with the pre built diet planner as its my first time counting macros intensely and so far its held me accountable and is already doing a lot in the first week for my physique and overall energy maintenance.
Out of curiosity do you/are you open to selling fully customized nutrition planning? Or do you only really do that for your more elite competitor clients?
Thanks again for all the content and for getting back to me.
