Hey joe. New to the app and diet planner. I’m trying to plan an Intra shake to match the suggested macros, 50 carbs 30 protein. You suggest EAAs, which I usually take, but most products don’t have that amount of carbs and no protein. Would there be anything wrong with doing a homemade shake, like whey protein and oats for example. If so great, if not can you offer some product/food suggestions to hit those macros. Thanks a lot!
