Im currently running PPL 2.0, love it, but im a bit concerned with the volume that im doing.
I box and swim 4x week, and im a personal trainer. So, im very active.
I did week 1 of PPL 2.0, and I feel like I got hit with a truck.
Cals/macros are in check, sleep is on point.
Do you think running PPL 2.0 on a mon/wed/fri basis is ok?
So, lifts A week 1.
Lifts B week 2
Forgot to mention!
Or, would I be better off running a half body program because I’m not getting enough volume.
