Just wanted to say a huge thanks for all the amazing content on this app.
I’ve been using the delt specialised program for the past 7 months and had amazing results! (So I just kept going with it because I loved it). I’ve been in a cut phase for the past 8 weeks and still hope to keep going for another few weeks/at the very worst maintaining my current body fat % for the summer in Australia.
Given all the great progress I’ve had in my upper body (shoulders, chest and triceps) I feel as if my lower body is lagging behind significantly now (I’m 6’4 and legs have always been hard for me to develop).
I was wondering if it would be ok to switch over to the leg specialised program while still in a cut? Could I expect to make any gains or should continue with my delt program and move onto the leg program when I am back in a regular surplus?
