brief background: I am Training now for over 5 years and just came back to it 2 months ago. I couldnt train properly for at least 1 year before i had surgery.
I started Training full body every other day, doing only 1 exercise per movement pattern (I was influenced by Jordan Peters) and saw incredible progress. A month in i started having Recovery issues and reduced frequency to 3 days Training a week, which did the Job. Right now im again not able to recover from those 3 Sessions.
Im curious now if its the right move to cut volume again or if i should start another program? I already tried to optimize sleep and stress to the best I could. Food is at its highest since I am now “Peak offseason”
Id like to add that in Switzerland the gyms are still not open and I have to train at home and can only do Basic Barbell and dumbell movements like RDL/ Squats/ rows etc. which is more taxing I guess.
Would it help to move to a Upper/ Lower to give the Body more rest time?
