I’d like to spend the next 6 weeks or so with a fat loss goal. Im not planning on competing or anything close to that (currently at around 20%bf).
While on caloric deficit does it matter what program I choose? Should I just continue with the same workout principles just like when trying to build muscle ?
I might have missed a video on this…if I did I will appreciate if someone directs me to it
