    My sleep is pretty good, but my stress and nutrition aren’t optimal (I tend to not eat enough when stress levels are high). However, I don’t stay sore for more than a few days after a workout. Should I increase frequency based on how long I stay sore or keep a PPL because of stress and nutrition? I’ve been training regularly for about 6 years.
