I was just looking at what the breakdown was through the Nutrition planner and I don’t think it’s correct… I’m moderate active 5’7” 140Ibs. says I need 16g protein per meal totalling 112g per training day and 322g of carbs per training day. it just seems awfully low for someone who isn’t cutting…. ?

Hey may be the same issue here. Week one was fine and macros “made sense” but after not having lost at my checking (I am cutting) it dumped 40 grams of protein. So at 212 it was me at 168p/402c/71f. The calorie reduction probably 90% came from protein, which I thought was odd.
