Hi,
I have a pair of 7kg dumbbells at home and I have been doing seated lateral raises for side delts during most of this lockdown period, however i Progressed really quickly going from 15 rep sets to 30+ reps per set quite comfortably and I feel like its getting way too light.
I always had this weighted vest, and i just came up with this setup.

weight goes up to 30kg going up by .85kg increments so its very good for loading in the 8-15 bodybuilding range.
I have attached the ankle cuff, with a carabiner and I am now able to do cuffed one arm side lateral raises, and it actually feels very good.
And that raises my question – do I really need to do another exercise or just hammer this 6-8 sets per day 3 times a week?
I also have bands, so I guess I can banded laterals for my metabolic work.
