Hey Joe and Bryce, so I’ve been bulking from 135 to 150, and this week my weight was at 147, so we’re almost there. After I reach 150, I was going to cut down to 145 again to get rid of some excess body fat. But then I got thinking, is this cut too small, because will most of the 5 pounds just be from losing water weight rather than actual fat? If it is too small, do you think I should instead bulk to 155 and then cut ten pounds off back to 145? Thanks!
