    Hello, coaches ! I couldn’t decide what program to choose so creativity hit me. I tried to make a hybrid between some specialization programs: back and chest one + more focus and frequency on delts. I hit legs once per week because they are more developed than my upper body and I also hate training them. I prefer to do 1 good workout per week than 2 shit ones. This is how it looks. Do you think it’s too much ? I know that the only thing that matters is if I recover. And the answer is yes, I’m 17 and I kinda recover very fast. I’d like to hear your opinion on it and if it’s not that good of an idea, what would you do ?
