With an extremely weak body part (speaking for arms) have you guys ever done every other workout purely with isometrics so that you can get a more frequent growth stimulus without stressing the joints or connective tissue as much? Say hitting triceps every 48 hours instead of every 72, but every other workout is purely isometrics.
Thanks Bryce! Really adds up with a lot of what a lot of bodybuilders talk about regarding “trigger sessions” or “feeder workouts” but doing it in a way that doesn’t stress the joints as much.
