Hey Joe or Bryce,
I have a recurring issue when getting into full knee flexion only on the leg press. Even on light warm up sets I get a painful burning sensation near my knee. I can typical push through or eventually find a comfortable footing to where I’m not too bothered. I typically do them later in the workout 3rd or 4th so I’m already warm but the pain will still be there. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I was using leg press as a substitute for hack squat already. So now I’m left wondering what do I replace that with?
The program calls for elevated heel squats and hack squats. I can squat just no hack squat. I have access to a v squat with the angled platform. I’m guessing that’s my best bet for emulating the full knee flexion.
