IT band

    I just finished the ppl last week, I was doing 3 on 1 off. I have inflammation in my IT band, so I decided to do a de load week. Is there something in my training that could lead to the inflammation? Is there a activation that would help that directly? Last, if it’s still inflamed is there a program you’d recommend doing well letting it heal? Thanks for any advice!
