Hey Team HC- Joe recently put out a video going over a brutal trap circuit/mechanical dropset . Rows to deadlifts to shrugs to death I think….lol any chance we can get that added the app in the future? My traps suck and I want to grow them and all while kinda hatng you guys for the pain it causes…thanks. loving the app and the programs are amazing. Can’t wait for the future updates…y’all have made an amazing product to deliver awesome content..kudos
