    Good afternoon Joe,

I’ve listened to yours and John’s podcast and have heard you recommend him In responses before, but I wanted to get some thoughts on his program overall. From what I can tell it looks good, but I also heard you mention you will be creating your own program soon with an education and in person component as well. I subscribe to the thought process that you preached in the trainer videos about being a lifelong learner to be the best trainer and coach possible. So any thoughts on completing J3 or waiting a few months before your program comes out.

Thank you Joe and Bryce. I just finished the CSCS and am eager to jump on another certification. I actually went ahead and enrolled in the first 3 series of the RTS mastery course.

From a personal preference I think John’s course and even his applied hypertrophy will help alot in my own training and programming as well as applying it to certain clients

From a career perspective I work in the private club industry as the assistant director of Fitness and Aquatics at the Houston Racquet Club which is a member owned exclusive club. I have management duties and usually train around 10-12 hrs per week.. After your guys responses, speaking with Tom and really taking bias out of it I belive that RTS will help me more with the client base that this side of the industry generally sees.

You guys have both advised me on how to handle my labrum repair and rehab, which I won’t be fully healed from until February, so I put off joining John’s courses so that I can apply some of those nutrition and supplement details in my own program instead of still being about 60%. I am really looking forward to continuing learning here and other schools of thought to enhance my career in this unique side of the fitness industry.
