Hey Joe/ Bryce. I have some questions about the JM press
1) Everytime I do a jm press I feel my chest contracting a lot too, especially on those last reps. Is it normal to feel the chest contract as well to help push the weight up? If not what do you think is making it contract, is it because maybe I am lowering my upper arm more than I should?
2) How would a flat jm press differ from setting an incline on the bench?
