The best investment of the year! I’m learning so much and a lot of dogma that was passed to me it’s being canceled after each video that I watch. My question is, I noticed that you incorporated the JM press in your workout. I’m running your Armageddon split and I was wondering if you would put the JM press above the CG bench as far as triceps hypertrophy..? Would you consider it more effective due to the moment arm/torque?
