I’m planning to start Terrences new split soon and I was checking the arm day. I have two gyms I train (main gym and apartment gym). My apartment gym has a cable station, light dumbbells (2-20kg), adjustable benches, chest press machine and lat pulldown but no smith machine or dip bars.
I was planning to do both the upper and arm day at my apartment gym to cut down on travel but I was wondering what the best alternative would be for the JM press given my equipment. I was thinking a Diamond push-up or a cable Pushdown but I wanted to get your thoughts on the best alternative?
