I just finished the first week of this program and loved it! It’s my favorite of all the programs I’ve tried this far.
One issue I tan I to was the over head rope extension for triceps. Obtain a seat is impossible at my gym and the location to move the chair to where the cables are is difficult and time consuming so needless to say I modified it to standing
However, when using the dual rope, I noticed on the eccentric that the cable seemed to favor the left more than the right, which made it feel unbalanced. On the workout there doesn’t seem to be a option to exchange the exercise.
My question if I used a single rope over head extension, single rope push away or single arm extension would these be viable replacements and which of the three options, if any would be best suited for this spot?
