Hey I love the low rep range I’ve been using since getting the app and I’ve have elbow pain before but it’s Been worse lately and I was wondering should go into higher rep ranges to take a break on joints or just focus on not using as much of my joints throughout workout but I kind of already do . ( I feel like I have pretty good exercise selection and setup so I feel like that’s not that big of a issue for the pain )

Thank you ! Quick question for broga when I do the wrist circles and scap circles I get a lot of crunching but it feels good cause I know I don’t go into that end range as much . Will the crunching go down a little the more I do it ? I’ve been extra lazy doing it like once a week but always feels great
