Hey coach, about a month ago i got my Testosterone levels checked. They were very low for me being 20. They came back at 249 ng/dl. I got referred to an Endocrinologist and got more bloodwork done, and my cortisol and Prolactin were very high along with low T again. I’m waiting on an MRI to make sure my Pituitary gland does not have a tumor on it. With Training the past couple months my shoulders, hips, and knees have been awful. They pop and seem to shift constantly. I do mobility work everyday but nothings seems to help. My traps are also extremely tight no matter how much i foam roll and massage gun them. I’m guessing this is from the high cortisol levels and low T. I’m saying all of this because I don’t know what to do right now. My doctor just said to continue as usual . I was debating doing a “bro split” and seeing if the added blood flow for one muscle group could help. Or should i just take time off right now and do mobility work everyday. Thanks
