My favorite brands I use for those are: Thorne, Metagenics, Designs For Health. Most people for fish oil, 1-2g per day, but just follow the bottle directions on them. Theyβll be accurate from those companiesOctober 29, 2020 at 8:54 am #23228iBeast

ParticipantTry glucosamine for joint pain. I was getting pain behind my knee caps (I’d already been taking fish for a couple of years) and I read about glucosamine and started taking it once a day. It’s not a quick fix, but after a couple of months the pain completely disappeared. That was 12 months ago and I’m still taking it and the knee pain has not returned. It’s pretty cheap, so worth a try for a few months to see if it helps.
