    Hey! Just a quick question. My gym partner and I are doing two different diets while doing the same lifting/cardio regime (only difference is im lifting double the weight than she is for the same amount of reps, if that even matters). I’m curious to know if whether or not one is more beneficial than the other. She’s currently doing Keto while I’m doing a low carb + high protein diet. (Both females btw)
