Hey Joe, I know pain questions are tough but I figured I’d ask.
When I get to full knee flexion or near full knee flexion, my knee is always crunching, sometimes it hurts sometimes it doesn’t. I did have meniscus surgery about 4 ish years ago in that knee. Besides addressing the ankles and hips via activations, is there anything else you may recommend? It’s really been affecting my quad training (front squats and hacks)
Any input would be greatly appreciated
