I was on here last week asking about leg press bothering me. Bryce said if it bothers me skip it for awhile and come back.
Problem is the hc gives you wings program asks for hack squats which I don’t have access too or a leg press. I’ve been using a v squat (pictured) facing inwards towards the pad for weeks 1,2 in hopes of hitting more quads. I’m also already doing squats in the program.
So if you guys can suggest another exercise for be to start progressing on I’d really appreciate it. Cheers!
Also I have yet to actually try leg press again since watching Joe’s tips video so who knows that could fix the issue already.
