I’ve been having some pain in the lower part of my left knee even without any load. Being specific when my knee is 90° all the way to 150°. Any tips or recommendation that I can do in this specific scenario??
In the pictures I show where does it hurts and also where the pain starts and ends. I’ve got it playing tennis is that info helps
Probably get it checked out man just to be safe. But as a general rule of thumb the process u wanna follow involves 1) testing your current ROM abilities without pain 2) doing exercise with a slooooow progression of ROM increase 3) Exercises that sloooowly increase load 4) some isometric contraction exercises 4) anti inflammatories/ NSAIDS
